Inside each build, we use light gauge steel framing for walls and partitions. This ensures consistently straight walls, enhanced fire safety, and a modern construction method that outperforms conventional interior framing. Energy efficiency is central to every Lane One home. We apply closed-cell spray foam insulation throughout the building envelope, providing superior R-values, air sealing, and moisture protection. This method minimizes thermal bridging in steel frame construction, keeping your prefab or modular home warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

CNC Precision Construction
Human error is almost entirely mitigated from our process, our structures are printed and installed within a dimensional tolerance of only 0.5mm (1/8 inch). Our structures will not twist, warp, split, bow, or shrink and are perfectly straight, square and plum every time.
Fireproof
Steel is a noncombustible material and will not contribute to the spread of a fire. This generates a significant reduction in fire risk to occupants, firefighters, and residents. This can also translate into significant insurance savings for builders and homeowners.
